Paradise, CA once sat nestled upon a ridge in the foothills of the northern Sierra Nevada mountain range. After burning to the ground in the devastating Camp Fire, I wanted to capture one of my favorite views up Butte Creek Canyon of the ridge that Paradise lived on. This piece is about honoring the idea of “home” in its most idyllic form, wherever that may be.
