Let's Come Back as Daisies
11” x 14”
12” x 15” framed (maple floater)
Oil & acrylic on panel
Inspired by a photo taken by Émile Joachim Constant Puyo, the women in this one feel playfully conspiratorial in whatever they are engaged in. Caught up in a moment of sisterhood and joy, it feels like they might be making joking plans to come back in the afterlife together as the daisies that are currently setting a beautiful stage for them, unable to imagine a time when they will not feel as close in friendship or near to beauty.
