WHAT TO EXPECT:

• A series of new available original paintings and studies

• Open bar for 21+

• Live music

• Hors d'oeuvres and holiday desserts

• Selection of framed and unframed prints and 2022 calendars

• Bouquet bar (or maybe wreath-making?! Not sure yet…) hosted by our lovely tenants Madelyn Claire Floral at 1425 Estes St.

WHAT ABOUT COVID?

Vaccines are REQUIRED to attend this event! We will be checking vaccine cards at the door, a picture of your vaccine card matching the name on your ID will suffice. Masks will not be required, but are encouraged for those uncomfortable with being indoors with other humans.

**This policy will be updated if anything about the expected Covid regulations changes. Your safety is my priority! 

OTHER FAQ:

• Admission fee - There is none! This is a party and it would be weird and lame of me to charge an admission fee ;). There will however be plenty of art available to buy and we accept credit cards and other major forms of payment.

• Kids - Children are welcome, but please keep in mind that there will be fragile art present and lots of adult-only beverages. I would prefer they stay home if possible :)

• Pets - I love animals more than people, but sadly I don’t have space for them at this event.

• Weather - We are trying to create mostly indoor space for this event with a combo of indoor studio spaces and tented areas with heaters. BUT it’s December in Colorado so please wear some warm clothing as you’ll inevitably be outside for some of it.

• Parking - There will be nearby parking available. If that lot fills up, there is nearby find-it-yourself parking in residential areas.
